Following the vacancy of our Penthouse north side 2,000 sq. ft. office in Summer 2013, we proposed two varying office layouts to potential new tenants, as you can see below. One option was to subdivide the space again to allow for two smaller, separate offices of 1,200 and 700 sq.ft. with a shared access corridor. The original, current layout suits a larger company, and suited the new tenants. The layout comprises a large shared desk space, meeting room, breakout area and individual manager’s office. The total area of this space is 2,000 sq.ft. Our infrastructure allows us to alter the space to suit your requirements.
